Brianna Knox completed her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Psychology with minor in Hispanic Studies and then her Master of Social Work at East Carolina University. She completed her Master of Social Work internships in a community health center and then working as an Associate Professional on an Intensive In-Home team. She worked as an Intensive In-Home Lead Therapist in the time following her graduation.
Brianna is passionate is about working with the trauma affected youth with mental health and substance use disorders. Brianna views her clients as individuals and seeks to learn and engage each person that enters her office in a way that is meaningful to them. She values trauma informed treatment, crisis prevention, and the family system, incorporating these values to provide effective therapeutic intervention that is sustainable beyond the time spent in session.
