Outpatient Behavioral Health Program
Outpatient behavioral health services equip those dealing with behavioral health issues with the education and skills they need to manage their symptoms on a daily basis and lead a healthy, successful life.
October Road’s outpatient behavioral health programs include outpatient therapy and medication management, peer support services, and three Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT). Receiving treatment in an outpatient setting allows clients to maintain their daily commitment – such as work and school – while receiving help from licensed and qualified professionals.
Behavioral Health Care for Adults
The stresses of adulthood can lead to anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health problems. You may try to write off feelings of anxiety as part of everyday life, but no one should have to live in agitated discomfort. Adult behavioral health services help patients learn ways to manage these feelings, make positive life changes, learn techniques to calm down when things feel out of control.
Our therapists have experience working with adult patients ages 18 and up. Depending on your needs, treatment may consist of counseling, medication management, support groups, and more.
