North Carolina Medication Assisted Treatment
Opioid Treatment Program Helps Patients Recover from Opioid Dependence
Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) and Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) services provide care for individuals dealing with opioid dependence by addressing both the physical and emotional/psychological addictions. Medication is used to treat the physical craving, reduce withdrawal symptoms, and allow the individual to focus recovery. During this program, patients will learn about the challenges of addiction and how to positively restructure their life.
At October Road, we believe that the combination of medication, education, and therapy is the most effective method of treatment for those who are dependent on opioids. OTP and OBOT services are provided by licensed clinicians and physicians who meet all state requirements for their respective positions. OTP is offered at our Asheville location and OBOT for our Charlotte location.
Our Asheville facility is a comprehensive Opioid Treatment program, where we offer Methadone in addition to Suboxone, Subutex, and Vivitrol based on the patient’s clinical needs. Asheville Dosing Hours are 5:30am to 10:30am Monday through Friday and 6:30am to 9:00am on Saturday. The Opioid Treatment Center is located in Suite E in our Asheville location.
