Our Rocky Mount office will be home to an Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT). serving Halifax, Northhampton, Harford, Bertie, Chowan, Pasquotank, Camden, Currituck, Perquimans and Gates counties in North Carolina. ACTT provides tailored services within the local community to meet clients’ mental health, substance use, vocational and housing needs. ACTT improves outcomes for people with severe mental illness who are most at risk of psychiatric crisis and/or affected by other social determinants of health.
